Founder & Principal
Martha is passionate about different cultures, evidenced by her love of international travel, food, architecture, and lifestyles. She is a Georgetown School of Foreign Service graduate who worked in international banking for twelve years. An avid cook from a young age, she earned a degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, after she left banking. A major renovation of her home in New York sparked her passion for design and led her to study at the New York School of Interior Design. Known for her highly discerning eye and skillful blend of antiques and contemporary furnishings, Martha brings a wealth of experience and global flair to every project. She curates products from diverse domestic and international suppliers and works closely with clients to realize their vision. Whether clients have extensive experience or are navigating their first design project, Martha excels at simplifying the process and introducing creative, innovative details that transform spaces into beautiful, highly functional, and meaningful environments.
Lauren McGrath
COO & Lead Designer
Lauren’s foundation in vocal music, event planning, and commercial interiors informs her artistic sensibility in design. With a Master’s in Interior Architecture from George Washington University and six years in hospitality and multi-family design, she now focuses on residential projects. As COO and Lead Designer, Lauren blends process with imagination, ensuring clarity and thoughtful execution in every project. Lauren lives and breathes design and loves to explore materials, whether tile and stone or luxurious fabrics and wallcoverings. Lauren works closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life. Lauren lives in Virginia with her husband, two daughters, and their Greater Swiss Mountain dog.
Nicole Samuelu
Senior Designer
Nicole, a Virginia Tech Interior Architecture graduate, brings a wealth of experience in architectural design, art history, and studio art to her work. She transitioned from commercial to residential design to focus on creating luxurious, functional, and personal spaces for clients. Nicole thrives on the dynamic nature of design and the opportunity to tailor each project to its inhabitants. She loves to design unique cabinetry and interior architecture.
Gina Clark
Designer
Gina infuses fresh energy and creativity into every project, blending bold design with attention to detail. She is a VCU Interior Design graduate who sources unique art and textiles to personalize spaces. Inspired by her blended Korean-American family, Gina values craftsmanship and the stories behind well-made pieces, creating stylish, livable homes.
Sibyl Natad
Designer
Sibyl, an ideator and conceptualist, combines creativity and technical expertise in her work. She holds a degree in Interior Architecture from George Washington University and began her career as a residential lighting designer. She draws from her experiences in the Philippines and Washington, D.C., to create culturally influenced spaces. Sibyl enjoys travel, photography, and reading.
Aidan Camera
Project Manager
Aidan graduated from the George Washington University with a degree in Interior Architecture. Aidan collaborates with creatives to bring innovative ideas to life. With a strong background in textiles and furniture, she bridges designers and vendors. Aidan works closely with tradespeople, vendors, and clients to transform concepts into functional spaces.
Joey Inscoe
Junior Designer
Joey approaches each project with meticulous attention to detail and a deep commitment to creating exceptional client experiences. Shaped by extensive travel and a passion for food, wine, and fashion, he brings a refined sensitivity to how the smallest details define the character of a space. Joey holds a degree in International Studies from Dickinson College.
